• If the service has already commenced, the cancellation will only apply to remaining deliverables.
b. Cancellation by the Company:
• We reserve the right to cancel a project or service if the client violates our terms of agreement, including non-payment or providing incomplete/false information.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the client will remain responsible for any outstanding payments.
2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
1. Prepaid services that are cancelled before the start date.
2. Non-delivery of agreed-upon services due to delays or errors caused solely by Rhino Creative Agency.
b. Refund Exclusions:
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
• The client changes their mind after work has begun or the service is delivered.
• Failure to provide necessary information, assets, or approvals in a timely manner.
• Results or outcomes not meeting expectations due to factors outside our control (e.g., audience behavior, platform algorithms).
c. Partial Refunds:
• In cases where work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work completed and associated costs.
d. Non-Refundable Services:
The following are non-refundable:
• Setup fees for campaigns or accounts.
• Strategy development or consultation fees.
• Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend on platforms like Facebook or Google).
3. Refund Process
1. Clients must submit a refund request via email to info@rhinocreativeagency.com, providing:
o Service details (invoice number, project name, etc.)
o Reason for requesting a refund.
2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of submission.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within [2 days], and payment will be credited via the original payment method.
4. Modifications to the Policy
